My only reason for 4 instead of 5, I think there should be the option to tip after job is complete. Tips should be for a job well done not just for doing your job. I know that sounds harsh but i think people are forgetting the reason for tipping. It's an incentive to do your job well! Google it! Job well done! Wish I could tip.
