In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Graceful Blooms Delivery Policy

We proudly deliver flowers, plants, gifts, balloons, and special orders throughout Glencoe and surrounding communities.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on the destination and distance from our shop. Orders outside our regular delivery area may be subject to an additional mileage fee.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available when scheduling and product availability allow. We recommend placing same-day orders as early as possible.

While we will always do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

Delivery Information

To help us provide a smooth delivery, please provide:

• Recipient's full name

• Complete delivery address

• Recipient's phone number, when available

• Apartment, suite, room, or building information

• Any special delivery instructions

For hospitals, nursing homes, businesses, schools, and other facilities, deliveries are subject to the facility's receiving policies. We cannot guarantee delivery directly to a patient's or resident's bedroom.

If No One Is Available

If the recipient is unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate a future time of delivery.

Weather & Safety

For the safety of our customers and delivery staff, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe road conditions.

Weddings, Funerals & Special Events

Wedding flowers, funeral flowers, large orders, event deliveries, and orders requiring setup or installation may have separate delivery and service fees. These fees will be discussed with you before your order is finalized.
